Do the magic! A product owners guide to team success

As a very experienced product owner, I would like to share the methods and "magic tricks" I use as a product owner to guide my team to success. The product owner is responsible for the prioritization and the functional details. The agile team takes care of the deliveries and the Scrum Master of the team (spirit ;o). Sure, that's written in every Scrum Guide. But how do you guide a team to success? And how could the product owner influence this?

I have worked with many teams and in very different functional areas as a product owner. And again and again - in different variants – I was told: "Your team did  the magic!"

Of course that has always been our joint team success and I have worked with many great people, but the fundament of the team success is less magic than a structured approach.
