The goal of this workshop is to refresh and deepen the understanding of agile values and principles of the Manifesto for Agile Software development. We realized that almost everyone has heard of the Agile Values and Principles. Since going through them "again" sounds boring to many people, we developed a workshop format to overcome this hurdle. The key concept is to combine learning with a fun element - watching movies and gamification (the best one wins popcorn). We show scenes from cinema blockbusters that are about 2 minutes long. Let's see which of the Agile Values and Principles you recognized in the clip. And what about the SAFe principles?
